These gloves are well made, which seem to be able to withstand rigorous use. Used during the recent massive snow covering the Washington DC area. They do not allow water inside. But it is really hot so unless the temperature is very low, they are my hands sweat like crazy.

After several hours of shoveling snow and my hands were warm and dry gloves used. The coating was initially bunchy little when put maybe they will settle once broken in.
